(1) The task of the project is to build a digital library of the works referred to by Wittgenstein in the texts published on Wittgenstein Source (http://www.wittgensteinsource.org/) and to develop computational tools which make Wittgenstein’s Nachlass better researchable.

(2a) CIS Resources include CIS' electronic lexicon CISLEX, one of the biggest electronic lexicon for the German language. CIS software tools include an own developed search/concordance tool WiTTFind based on "Local Grammars" and the Google Web Toolkit (gwt) CIS software and resources can be accessed on the CisServers with every Internetbrowser.

(2b) Resources from the Department Philosophie, Lehrstuhl I are deep research knowledge of Wittgenstein’s Bibliothek, his Manuscripts and Typescripts. Since years they reconstruct and research the documents, producing and supporting high quality scanning of the originals.
